Teacher Application

Please send an email to info@fredericklenzfoundation.org to request a teacher application to receive a special discount from the online storefront of the Frederick P. Lenz Foundation for American Buddhism. This discount is available to teachers of Zen Buddhism, meditation, yoga and related Buddhist practices. A teacher account enables you to purchase materials in bulk amounts (minimum of 10 of a single item) at 45% off regular pricing. These materials are intended for free distribution. They are not for resale.

Upon submitting your application, please note that all information you send to the Foundation is strictly confidential. This and any other information submitted will never be distributed to any other party. The application is brief and simply asks about your teaching background and affiliation.

Upon receipt of your application, the Foundation will notify you via email within ten days regarding the application status and you will receive instructions on how to order products using the 45% teacher discount.
